Being a child of the Seventies, Gary was fortunate his Dad brought him up on Sixties & Seventies music which has had a massive influence on his musical career. From the Eighties Into the early nineties Gary performed with several comtemporary bands including an appearance with Take That. From the mid Nineties onwards Gary has worked extensively on the Sixties revival circuit at home and abroad and has worked with many of the recognised Sixties named acts Including Brian Poole, Gerry Marsden, The Fortunes and Herman's Hermits. Between 2004-2008 Gary was Guitarist / Bassist Vocalist with Merseybeat 60s legends The Fourmost, as well as performing regularly with Jukebox Heroes since 1995.....
Dave was there in the beginning......fortunate enough to be around Liverpool in the early Sixties, like everybody else Rock N Roll changed his life. With his first drum kit he graced the stage at the The Cavern,Orrell Park Ballroom, The Grafton, Litherland Town Hall, all major Merseybeat venues in the Sixties. Supporting many of the major Liverpool bands including The Beatles, where he followed their lead and took his own band to the bars of Hamburg. Into the Seventies Dave worked on cruises playing Jazz, The Mecca circuit and has played many sessions and made numerous Radio and T.V appearances including Top of The Pops......
Hailing from Liverpool Merseybeat music had been the backdrop to John's early life. An ever present on the Liverpool music scene of the late Sixties early Seventies, John played the last night of the original Cavern Club before it finally closed it's doors. At one time managed by Brian Epstein's NEMS company, the stable of The Beatles and many other Liverpool acts, John went on to work with many big names such as Edwin Starr, The Real Thing, Geno Washington and US Soul band 'The Realistics' John was lead guitarist with 'Screaming Lord Such's' band The Savages. Touring extensively in Europe and the U.K. In the Seventies and Eighties John worked the Mecca circuit and in the 1995 formed Jukebox Heroes with Gary..........
With the help of Bert Weedon's play in a day John started playing guitar in the Sixties and since then has never stopped working. Starting on the pub and club scene in and around his hometown of Preston, John's musical career has taken him to every corner of the U.K. and Europe. Working some of the circuit's biggest venues.John's lead guitar talents have been utilised by the likes of Dave Berry, Mike Pender's Searchers and White Plains and was also a member of The Fourmost at the same time as Gary.
